Paul Fleming
	Paul has a B.A. in business administration and economics from the University of St Thomas, Houston Texas, and has been in the insurance industry since 1985.  He was adjuster in charge and supervisor for Crawford and Co and was assistant regional manager for Custard Insurance Adjusters Inc, in charge of personnel, quality control, production and marketing for nine offices in California and Hawaii.  He completed Crawfords casualty, commercial and residential property schools together with supervisors training and numerous courses within the company as well. Paul has extensive experience in property and auto appraisals, general liability, special investigations and environmental pollution claims.
